Sng Seow Wah
Chairman
Mr. Sng Seow Wah is the Chairman of MoneyOwl Pte Ltd.
He is also a Board Member of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA), where he serves as Chairperson of the Board Audit Review Committee and is a member of the Board Investment Committee. Additionally, he is also a Board Member of the Financial Industry Disputes Resolution Centre (FIDReC) and sits on FIDReC’s Board Audit & Risk Committee.
With over 35 years of extensive banking experience across Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia, Mr. Sng has held senior leadership roles in major financial institutions. His most recent role was as President Director and CEO of Bank Danamon Indonesia where he also served as Chairman of the Board of Adira Finance, Indonesia’s second-largest finance company and a subsidiary of Bank Danamon.
Prior to his tenure at Bank Danamon, Mr. Sng was Group CEO of Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad. Both Bank Danamon and Alliance Bank are publicly listed entities and were Temasek-controlled. Throughout his leadership roles, he was actively involved in all board and board committee meetings and chaired the Assets & Liabilities Committees, providing strategic and financial oversight for the institutions.
Mr. Sng holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the National University of Singapore and has completed the Advanced Management Program at The Wharton School.
Olivier Lim

Mr. Olivier Lim is a Director of MoneyOwl Pte Ltd.
He is currently Chairman of StarHub Ltd and the Singapore Tourism Board. He is the lead independent Director of DBS Group Holdings Ltd and DBS Bank Ltd, and a Director of Raffles Medical Group Ltd.
Mr. Lim was previously Chairman of the following: NYSE listed PropertyGuru Group Ltd, ASX listed Australand Holdings Limited, Certis CISCO Security Pte Ltd, Frasers Property Australia, globalORE Pte Ltd, Mount Faber Leisure Group, and the Advisory Council of the Singapore CFO Institute.
He has also held directorships in several SGX-listed companies including Banyan Tree Holdings, CapitaMalls Asia, and served on the Boards of JTC Corporation, Sentosa Development Corporation and the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).
Mr. Lim’s experience encompasses real estate, banking, corporate finance, capital management, strategy development and M&A/divestments. At CapitaLand Limited (2003-2014) he held various roles including Deputy Group CEO, Group Chief Investment Officer and Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He was named CFO of the Year (> S$500 million market cap.) in the BT Singapore Corporate Awards 2007. His career began at Citibank (1989 to 2003) where he held various roles in the corporate and investment bank. His last position held was Head of the Real Estate Unit, Corporate Banking. He graduated with Civil Engineering BEng. First Class Honours from Imperial College, London.
Don Yeo
Director
Mr. Don Yeo is a Director of MoneyOwl Pte Ltd.
He is currently Chief Corporate Officer at NTUC Enterprise and holds directorships in NTUC LearningHub Pte Ltd and NTUC First Campus Ltd. He has more than 25 years of experience in the public and private sectors. His previous roles include being Deputy CEO and Chief Financial Officer at the Central Providend Fund Board, and Deputy President at the National University of Singapore.
Mr. Yeo graduated from Cambridge University in the United Kingdom with a Masters and Bachelor of Arts degree, and is also a Fellow Certified Practising Accountant (FCPA) of CPA Australia.
Wendy Tan
Director
Ms. Wendy Tan is a Director of MoneyOwl Pte Ltd.
She is currently Senior Deputy Director in U PME, the department that focuses on enhancing the wages, welfare, and work prospects for PMEs, driving the innovation of new value propositions, forming strategic partnerships, and advocating for PME rights and protection. She also serves as a Board member of the Institute For Human Resource Professionals.
Ms. Tan started off as an Industrial Relations Officer in NTUC with rotations in various unions before she was appointed as a Director to lead NTUC’s Youth Development unit. One key project was leading the 2023 NTUC Youth Taskforce engagements of 10,000 youths to better understand the aspirations and concerns of the future workforce. She also previously served as a Council Member in the 16th and 17th National Youth Council.
Chuah Kee Heng

Mr. Chuah Kee Heng is a Director of MoneyOwl Pte Ltd.
He is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Temasek Trust and Managing Director, Investments (Temasek Trust Asset Management), and has more than two decades of leadership experience in investment management and utilities sector.
Prior to Temasek Trust, Mr. Chuah held leadership positions in Singapore Power. He also held roles in Temasek International and Citibank.
Mr. Chuah holds a first-class honours in Electronics Engineering from University College London as well as a Master of Business Administration from University of Chicago .
Andrew Leo
Director
Mr. Andrew Leo is a Director of MoneyOwl Pte Ltd.
He has over two decades of leadership experience in investment banking, institutional investing, and portfolio management. Mr. Leo is currently the Head, Strategy & Development at Temasek Trust. He is responsible for strategic planning, analysis, and decision-making as well as building and developing social economic enterprises for Temasek Trust.
Prior to Temasek Trust, Mr. Leo was a Director of Investments at Temasek International responsible for investments across various sectors globally and in Southeast Asia. He also held senior roles at Credit Suisse Investment Banking in Singapore and started his career at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Sydney Australia.
Mr. Leo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (majoring in Economics) from The University of Sydney and a Master of Commerce (majoring in Economics and Finance) from the University of New South Wales, Sydney Australia.
Chuin Ting Weber

Ms. Chuin Ting Weber is Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of MoneyOwl Pte Ltd. She also holds the appointment of Chief Investment Officer.
Ms. Weber has over twenty years of professional experience spanning the public, social and financial sectors. She was Chief Investment and Asset Management Officer of the Singapore Labour Foundation, a government statutory board.
Prior to that, Ms. Weber was Senior Vice President at NTUC Enterprise Co-operative Ltd, a role in which she oversaw strategic capital management projects and the group’s financial services cluster. She was an investment professional at Lion Global Investors Ltd, working in various roles in fixed income, macro strategy, asset allocation and multi-asset fund management. Ms. Weber also served the Singapore Ministry of Defence covering international defence relations and strategic affairs, including as Deputy Director of Defence Policy.
Ms. Weber holds Masters of Arts and Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Modern History degrees from Oxford University, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chinese Language and Culture from the Beijing Language and Culture University, as well as the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designations.
